Hi! My name is Nachiket and I care deeply about how problems are understood before they are solved.

Most failures I’ve seen weren’t caused by lack of effort or intelligence.
They happened because assumptions went unchallenged, context was ignored, and solutions arrived too early.

My thinking is shaped by problem-first reasoning, product thinking, and discovery-driven approaches. I’ve recently formalized this mindset through:

  • PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I)

  • PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner I)

  • PPDV (Professional Product Discovery & Validation)

What matters to me is not frameworks or certifications, but the discipline behind them:
asking better questions early, validating understanding, and resisting solution bias.
